Macro Dashboard

Keep volatility, the yield curve, rates, the dollar, major indices, sector performance and the next economic releases in one view. I built it and I run it; it is not an ITPM product. It is free after email signup.

Free. No payment, no card, no course purchase required. Your email is used to provide dashboard access; see the privacy policy.

What you actually get to look at

This is the real interface, drawn by the same components as the live page and filled with example readings. Behind the signup every panel carries indicative, delayed market data instead.

The panels

  • Market regime context

a mechanical summary of trend, breadth and volatility that describes current conditions, not a trading instruction

  • Volatility

the VIX with its one-year percentile and trend

  • US Treasury yield curve

the curve and the 2s10s spread, with history

  • Rates & FOMC

the Fed funds target range and the next decision date

  • The dollar

the US dollar index against its 50- and 200-day averages

  • Major equity indices

    S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, Dow Jones, Russell 2000

  • US economic releases & FOMC

    the next 14 days

  • Sector map

relative sector performance against the S&P 500

Where the numbers come from

Index levels, the VIX, the dollar index and sector performance come from Yahoo Finance, keyless and delayed. The Treasury curve, the Fed target range and the release calendar come from the Federal Reserve's own FRED service, and the FOMC decision dates from the Fed's published schedule.

Figures refresh roughly every fifteen minutes while US markets are open, and every panel prints the time of its own last reading. If a source is down, that panel says so rather than showing you yesterday's number as though it were today's.

It is all indicative and delayed. Treat it as context for your own work, not as a price feed and not as advice.

Questions

What data does the Macro Dashboard include?
8 panels, each named with what it holds in the list further up this page. Market data comes from public sources and is indicative and delayed; it is educational context, not trade signals.
How often is the data updated?
Market data is refreshed regularly while markets are open and updates on its own. Every panel prints the time of its own last reading, and if a source is unavailable that panel says so rather than showing an older number.
Who can access the Macro Dashboard?
Everyone. It is free. Sign up with your email on this page and the live dashboard opens immediately. No payment, no card, and no course purchase is required for the dashboard.

No. The dashboard is an educational tool for framing your own analysis. Nothing on it is financial advice, a recommendation, or a trade signal.
Is there a separate price for the Macro Dashboard?
No. The Dashboard is free after an email signup. There is no price, no checkout and no payment taken on this site. The old standalone subscription was retired in 2026.
