These terms cover your use of ITPMcourse.com. By using the site you accept them. The site is run independently by Richard Sarsfield and is not operated by the Institute of Trading and Portfolio Management (ITPM).

What this site is

ITPMcourse.com publishes notes, reviews and explainers about the ITPM courses. It also provides the Workbench tools and the Macro Dashboard, described below. It is an educational and informational resource. It does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. See our Disclosure & disclaimer.

Affiliate relationship

Some links to ITPM courses are affiliate links. If you enrol through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Enrolment, payment and any refund are handled by ITPM under ITPM's own terms. Course prices, availability and terms are set by ITPM and can change; the prices shown here are indicative, and you should confirm current terms with ITPM before enrolling.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Creating an account does not by itself unlock buyer or subscriber features. Tool access follows a verified referred enrolment, as described on the tools page.

What a verified referral unlocks

• Enrol in an ITPM course through one of our marked links, and once the referral is verified you get the Workbench free for 12 months. That means the core tools plus the toolkit that matches your course.
• The Position Sizer is free for everyone, with or without an account.
• The Macro Dashboard is a separate product. It is free to use after an email signup.
• No payment for an ITPM course is taken on this site. ITPM handles checkout.
• The tools present educational illustrations only. They are not trade signals, recommendations or advice, and no outcome is promised.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its tools, or copy and redistribute paid content. We may suspend access that is misused.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on the information or tools here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
